Then the program itself becomes more customized than any other training program you've ever experienced, adapting to you, reflecting your needs and your body.     What are your personal goals? We'll work with you to define what you want to achieve and provide the plan to get you there.

  • Nutrition

    How do you fuel your body? We'll assess your nutrition habits and teach you how you can fuel yourself and provide sustainable energy for peak performance.

  • Movement

    The Functional Movement Screen allows us to rate the quality of your movement patterns, or how effectively you move, highlighting your "weak links" before you start training. This ensures that your personalized program proactively addresses your aches and pains, boosting your performance.

  • Cardiovascular Power

    The VO2 test measures the amount of oxygen your body uses while training. The results create heart rate training zones based on your current fitness level to ensure your training is individualized for you.

  • Communication

    What motivates you? We consider your personality and preferences to determine the most effective way to coach you each time you train.

  • Body Composition

    What's your body composition? We assess the ratio of lean muscle mass to fat – a more accurate reflection of fitness than your weight in pounds.
