Optimal Nutrition works with the Core Performance Center dietitian to personalize the meals to meet individual calorie needs. No matter who our members are, this service helps people of all types maintain their attention to the details that help them to achieve their nutritional goals. Each ingredient used by Optimal Nutrition is sourced fresh from the finest organic farms and manufacturers with no additives or GMO (genetically modified organism) foods.
